The auto customer is responsible for reconciling their claims through the FDS secure
EZ Data Warehouse with basic FDS support for inquiries.
- Reconciliation is performed from qualifying payors using standard 835 remittance
files.
- eConcile will automatically match the 835s against your claim data so you only deal
with the exceptions.
- User validates check receipt, marks the claims as paid in full, partially paid
or pending and as unmatched if the claim is not found.
FDS provides pharmacy claim reconciliation assistance to those customers who have
chosen to reconcile within their organization but find themselves in need of short
term assistance in the reconciliation process.
eConcile Complete
For those customers wanting to outsource their entire reconciliation process, FDS
provides pharmacy claim reconciliation services for both manual and electronic 835
remittance advices. With this service, the pharmacy simply inputs their payment
information/checks and the FDS Reconciliation Team handles the remaining reconciliation
processes.
